January 2026 Updates!
Studio Diaries and upcoming projects
Hello my darling ones!
It is DEFINITELY not too late to wish each and every one of you a Happy New Year!
I hope you all had a gorgeous festive season. I certainly did! It was lovely spending time with the family, but a very sparkly and FABULOUS highlight was attending the Pantomime. My goodness me, it is now my whole personality and I cannot, and will not, shut up about it.

J’adore.
Studio Diaries
Work in the studio has been absolutely zilch! It is hurting my heart a little bit but there is a good reason, I promise…
We moved house in October, and we are having work done. Like, now. It was meant to start in Spring, but a space opened up so we got to thinking the sooner the better.
This means I am back to a teeny weeny corner of the living room for working as we are moving all our belongings downstairs (I have no idea how we’re going to do it either).
Upcoming Projects
We’re halfway through January and I have been very busy (already!) continuing to work in Primary Schools across Stockton and Teesside, on a very special project involving Mackenzie Thorpe which will hopefully (cross your fingers please) complete this Summer… Rachel and I have been working on it for years at this point.
If you’d like to know more about what the project entails, have a look via the link below!
I might not be mentioned (in any of the articles, not that I’m mad about it or anything) but you can see me bustling around in the background of the video. I can assure you, Rachel and I have been a part of every single model made. We went to school number 22 this week so the current model count is around 660. Chaos.
I am working with Thunk-It Theatre, too, on their big project for the year: 25/5. I have been photographing and videoing the process along with editing some very fun pieces, and the final show is in March. More info available here:

What a gorgeous team at our Makaton Training!
Galleries
I now have my work in 3 galleries across Yorkshire which is so much fun and such a milestone for Jessica Jenyns Artist (you can find the list here). I do aim to add a couple more to the list by the end of 2026 so watch this space…
If you have any suggestions, please send them my way!

Workshops
I am delighted to let you know that I will be taking a couple of workshops in York and Ilkley at Duttons for Buttons in April! They haven’t gone live on their website yet, but keep your eyes peeled…
If you forget, I will let you know. Don’t worry.
Shop
There are some lovely bits on my website shop!
It is on my to-do list to update the shipping options as it is a MESS at the moment… like, if you want to buy more than one item, it gives you options. I don’t want it to give you options. Options are confusing and BAD.
So if you run into this problem, just drop me an email and we will fix it.
Ttfn! Have a gorgey weekend.
JJ x
