Hello bambinooooos!

I wanted to get in touch and let you know about a few events happening from now UP UNTIL CHRISTMAS…. where I will be physically there so you can come along and see me and what I’ve been up to or come and be tutored by me to create your own pieces of felt magic!

My first event is a mere 3 weeks away and I am busy making BRAND NEW products, restocking some favourites and generally getting myself geared up for my first festival! And what an apt and fitting festival it is…

I will be trading at the Festival of Thrift on 4th and 5th July 2026. It looks SO MUCH FUN and I am so looking forward to the vibes of this one. Think nature and sustainability, think culture, think C O L O U R.

RSPB Bempton Cliffs - I am so excited to be working with the RSPB on these workshops as the Yorkshire Coast is one of my favourite places ever and the birdlife and landscapes are just sensational. If you, like me, love Puffins, these workshops are absolutely up your street and you should book on immediately.

Join me on 11th July 2026 for a Puffin-inspired Wearable Art Workshop: Bring along an old, beloved, worn-out garment and turn it into a something you will treasure.

Or come along on 25th July 2026 to make a felt Puffin! On both occasions I will take you through a step-by-step process, so you can feel confident you will create something to be proud of. Enjoy the workshop in the morning, 10:00-14:00, enjoy discounts in the cafe and THEN enjoy birdwatching in the afternoon! What a first class day indeed.

Then in August we have a beautiful Wet/Needle-felted Landscape Workshop at the gorgeous Duttons for Buttons in York. All equipment and materials provided (just bring a medium sized towel and some inspiration!) and you can spend your lunch break tripping along the Shambles in the beautiful old city. It is lovely in the Summer.

There will be a BEAUTIFUL exhibition at Pyramid Gallery in York which I have been asked to make 6 large ceramics for… This is a very proud moment for me and I am not nervous AT ALL. It’ll be on display from 3rd October to 15th November 2026.

September also sees us back in Duttons for Buttons in lovely Ilkley and York for more Duttons for Buttons Wearable Art merriment!

We then have a breather in October.
PHEW!

Aaaaaaaaaand it’s November, so, you guessed it: Christmas and Winter-Inspired Wearable Art Workshops with Duttons for Buttons!!

These will genuinely be such festive and jolly workshops… You can even gift a loved one your finished piece! Anyone who knows me, knows how much I love Christmas, so expect a very sparkly and merry Jessica…
